Image
Overview: I stayed in this place called Daly City for a while when I was working in San Francisco. Its in San Mateo county and is close to the Pacific ocean. We did numerous trips from Daly City. One of them was a trek along the Pacific coast for around 10 miles, which was fun with lot of colourful sights on the way. When we hit the main road we were greeted with nice eateries and wind mills.          Half Moon Bay: A quick getaway from Daly City is the Half Moon Bay. As the name indicated, the beach in the shape of half moon. An ideal place for surfing, beach sports and picnicking and the drive is very scenic.        References: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Daly_City,_California
